Campus, Advocacy, Resources, and Education (CARE) is UC Santa Barbara’s confidential advocacy and education office for interpersonal violence (sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking).


Campus Learning Assistance Services

CLAS is UC Santa Barbara's campus tutoring service, providing content-specific and fundamental tutoring services to UCSB students!

Counseling & Psychological Services

Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) is committed to providing timely, culturally appropriate, and effective mental health services to our diverse UCSB student body, as well as professional consultation to faculty, staff, and families.


Department of Recreation

The UCSB Department of Recreation provides programs, services, and facilities which promote an active, balanced lifestyle that contributes to the development of social, emotional, and physical health essential to long-term wellbeing.


Disabled Students Program

Each year temporarily and permanently disabled students attend classes at the University of California, Santa Barbara. They are attracted by the university's academic reputation, moderate weather conditions, and excellent physical accessibility offered here.


Early Academic Outreach Program

The Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) is a state-wide college preparatory program sponsored by the University of California.


Early Childhood Care & Education Services

A high-quality early education program serving young children and families of the UC Santa Barbara community and community at large in a full day, year-round program.


Educational Opportunity Program

The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is committed to providing a support and information base that validates each student's experience and nurtures a sense of participation, belonging and empowerment.


Goodspeed Internship

The Goodspeed Internship was created by the Alumni Association in honor of Dr. Stephen S. Goodspeed, a distinguished Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Vice Chancellor for Administrative Affairs, and professor of Political Science at UCSB.


Hazing Resources & Prevention

Every student should be able to join or maintain membership in an organization without being humiliated, degraded, pressured, or physically harmed.

Imagine: A Promise & McNair Scholars Undergraduate Journal

Imagine is a collaborative academic journal established through the partnership of the Promise Scholars program and the McNair Scholars program to showcase the academic work of our scholars.


Mobility Transportation Program

The Mobility Transport Program provides on-campus transportation to students with permanent or temporary mobility limitations. Our job is to empower students to successfully navigate the campus more easily, ensuring they can attend classes, and access campus facilities without hindrance.


MultiCultural Center

Strongly advocates and creates a sense of belonging for marginalized and minoritized students. The Center presents almost 100 events per year ranging from lectures and panel discussions to spoken word events, film screenings and musical performances.


Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act

The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) is a Federal law enacted in 1990 to resolve and restore the rights of Native American lineal descendants and tribes to human remains and cultu


Office of Black Student Development

In response to a strong culture of Black student activism, the Office of Black Student Development (OBSD) advances the experiences of all Black students, advocates for their needs, and fosters their personal and academic achievement through graduation and beyond.


Office Of International Students & Scholars

The Office of International Students and Scholars serves international students and scholars, faculty and staff in pursuit of creating a UCSB academic community that is Multicultural and global in scope.


Office of Student Conduct

The Office of Student Conduct adjudicates academic and behavioral violations of the Student Conduct Code. We demand the highest academic and behavioral integrity and ensure community by repairing violations of trust through restorative practices and administrative resolution.


Office of the Registrar

Maintains the official academic records of all UCSB students and oversees student registration, course scheduling, California residency, graduation, and student transcripts and verification.


Orientation Programs and Parent Services

The Student Orientation program will introduce you to UCSB, student life, important student services, and academic expectations at the university level.


Resource Center for Sexual & Gender Diversity

Services and resources to ensure that LGBTQIA+ students, staff, and faculty have the support they need to succeed at UC Santa Barbara and beyond.


Restorative Justice

The Restorative Justice Program (RJP) is committed to providing community oriented solutions to UCSB students and staff through a variety of restorative practices.


Senior Book

The UCSB Senior Book will be your reminder of your college days and your hard work that led to you graduating! The Senior Book will contain senior photos, photos from the events of your senior year and a list of all of your graduating class


Student Affairs Annual Report

This Student Affairs Annual Report edition highlights the unwavering integrity with which Student Affairs' staff approached their student service work, and upheld our shared values of inclusion, compassion, dedication, and collaboration.


Student Engagement & Leadership

Student Engagement & Leadership (formerly OSL) promotes undergraduate and graduate student engagement and development through co-curricular programs, including campus organizations, fraternities, sororities, leadership development, and civic engagement. 


Student Fee Advisory Committee

SFAC acts as a bridge between staff in the Division of Student Affairs, who provide a plethora of student services offered to UCSB students, and the students themselves.


Student Health Service

We provide exceptional, inclusive, compassionate, comprehensive, and integrated healthcare services to promote health and well-being in order to empower students to thrive throughout their university experience.  


Student Life

Student Life is a collection of 11 units and numerous initiatives in the Division of Student Affairs.


Student Medical Emergency Relief Fund

The Jack Canfield Student Medical Emergency Relief Fund (SMERF) is a service that provides grants to all UCSB students with expenses related to medical, dental, psychological, and optical emergencies.


Student Mental Health Coordination Services

The Student Mental Health Coordination Services (SMHCS) office is the single point of contact for the campus community to report concerns about a student in distress or a student distressing others.


Student Wellbeing

Student wellbeing is integral to academic success, student development, and life satisfaction. We, in Student Affairs, are committed to building relationships with our students such that together we generate optimal conditions for their wellbeing.


Undocumented Student Services

An online forum for survivors that have experienced interpersonal trauma, abuse, and or violence. This is an anonymous place to connect with other students; receive feedback or guidance from a psychologist, CARE advocate, or psychiatrist; find resources; and find community. 


Veterans & Military Services

Veterans and Military Services (VMS) at UCSB exists to support you in your transition to and through our academic community.


Women's Center

We envision a world free of oppression and violence. We strive for inclusion and equity through our programs, services, and work. We celebrate the richness of our differences while working collectively to create a community of leaders, scholars, and global citizens for the future.
